Before contacting us, please read the whole of this page. If the answer to your question is not answered here then you may contact us by following the link at the bottom of this page.

Problems logging in to your chosen site?

If you are having problems logging in to your chosen site then there are a few options open to you...

1. Many of our recommended sites are sold through a sales agent called Clickbank. If you made your payment through Clickbank then after registration you will have received a receipt of registration from clickbank.com/Keynetics Inc by email. This e-mail will have originated from the address receipt@clickbank.com and will have been sent to the e-mail address you used during the registration process. In this e-mail you will find a paragraph that reads "If you did not receive your access please click the link below to retrieve it" Please click that link and it will take you back to the members access page with your username and password and log in URL. If you did not receive such an e-mail then first of all please be sure to check your Junk e-mail folder or spam folder to make sure your e-mail is not in there. If your e-mail is not there then you will either have deleted it by accident, or you did not make your purchase through Clickbank. If this is the case, or if for any reason this doesn't work, then please proceed to option 2...
2. Please go to the site that you joined, and click through to the members log-in page. Very often there should be a link on this page to the effect of "Forgotten your password?". If so, click on this link and you will be prompted for your e-mail address. If you fill in your e-mail address then your log-in details should be sent to you by e-mail. Sometimes the "Forgotten your password?" link will not appear on the log-in page until you have made at least one unsuccessful attempt to log in. If you can't see this link, then try and log-in with any random log-in details to see if the "Forgotten your password?" link appears and then follow the instructions above. If this doesn't work and you still can't see the link then proceed to option 3...
3. Please go to the support or contact section of the site you joined and e-mail the administrator for help, giving him as much information as possible about your problem. He should be able to retrieve your log-in details and will be able to e-mail them to you. Please remember that the administrator of this site may live in a different country and so may be in a completely different time-zone to you. As such, please ensure you wait at least 24 hours for a reply.

If none of the above works and you don't receive a satisfactory response from the administrator of the site you joined, then you should request a full refund. Scroll down for information on how to do this.

Technical problems?

If you're having any technical problems with any product you purchased or any website you joined that's advertised by us, then please visit the support section of the site you joined. Every website advertised by us has a "support" link or a "contact" link (sometimes this is only available from within the members area). Please follow this link and e-mail the administrator of the site you joined with any technical queries you may have. The administrator of the site you joined is an expert on his/her product and will be able to help you far more than we can. Also bear in mind that technical support is included in the purchase price or membership fee of all our recommended products and sites - so you are entitled to this technical support because you paid for it. Please remember that the administrator of the site you joined may live in a different country and so may be in a completely different time-zone to you. As such, please ensure you wait at least 24 hours for a reply. Please be aware that we are an independent, 3rd party review site - we only review and recommend other companies' sites/products - we do not own them, and as such we cannot provide technical support.

If having purchased your product or membership fee you are thoroughly dissatisfied for any reason, then remember that many of our recommended sites come with a money-back guarantee you may want to take advantage of.

Claiming back a refund

Although we do our best to recommend only quality products and websites here, the old adage "you can never please all of the people all of the time" is certainly true, and sometimes people paid for a product or service which just didn't live up to their expectations. This is why most of the sites/products we recommend come with full money-back guarantees (and this is not necessarily true of other review sites on the net!) If you are thoroughly dissatisfied with your purchase then you should take advantage of this guarantee and request a refund. To request a full refund you should e-mail the administrator of the site you joined and explain your problem, giving as much information as possible. Chances are that the administrator will initially want to help you resolve whatever problems you're having with his product, which is entirely understandable. If this doesn't change your mind about wanting a refund then you should press the issue further and the administrator will then usually oblige you by refunding your money in full. Please remember that the administrator of the site you joined may live in a different country and so may be in a completely different time-zone to you. As such, please ensure you wait at least 24 hours for a reply.

If you do not receive a satisfactory and timely response to your request for a refund then we may be able to assist you in attaining one - although we will only be able to do this if you joined by following the links from our site. If this is the case then please contact us by following the link to our contact form at the bottom of this page and we will do what we can do to help. Remember however, that none of the sites we recommend are actually owned by us - we are an independent 3rd party providing reviews only. As such we are powerless to help you directly with any log-in difficulties, technical problems or any refund difficulties you may have. But if all else fails and you followed the links from our site to make your purchase then we will happy to do what we can to try to assist you in obtaining a refund (but unfortunately we are in no position to make any promises!)
