Editor's Verdict:

iTVDownload.com has much the same specs as our No. 3 choice (see the Features list opposite for a complete list) and we couldn't find much to distinguish between the two. This site has a great choice of new and old TV shows, movies, music, games, software, etc., but disconnections, leading to slow downloads, happened a little more frequently than we would have liked.
