A larger number of users sharing the file means the file will download more quickly with fewer interruptions. A larger file size is usually indicative of a better quality file with CD-quality sound or DVD-quality video, however larger files will take longer to download. It is usually best to choose the highest quality (largest) file available with the maximum number of users (sometimes referred to as seeds) sharing the file.
